Cause: Women wanted civil's rights to vote. 

Effect: Women became like that because they didn't have rights. They couldn't do things that men were allowed to do. They didn't count women and men equally. Even though all of them are people and are equal to each other. Men started to arrest women even though it was men's fault. They didn't care who started the fight or violience. They would mostly put women in the jail right away. In addition, if men and women are fighting, police men would never try to stop the fight, he would get in to fight when it's almost done and arrest women (mostly). Women can't do anything. Only simple things. Also president Wilson didn't really care what was going on. He just ignored eveything related to women. It was very unfair for women.
