Kathryn Lasky:She is children/adult book writer who is born on the prairie. She loved to describe and discover words since she was very young. After her mother discovers she loves words, she told her that she can be a writer. After she kept hearing her mother courageous words, she slowly got the dream called "a writer". And the courageous word that left behind her helped her being a writer.
